Down and Dirty

Until 3 weeks ago I was sure that big boys in UK play only rugby. Well I was wrong. I had a fun and pleasure shooting 2 american football games in last 2 weeks. Weather wasnt perfect but these boys dont mind to get a bit dirty.

Wild things

Today I was supposed to spend whole afternoon in an overcrowded, hot and sweaty room in Glasgow. What a way to spend probably one of the last sunny days in Scotland, eh? Instead, I revisited the local wilderness and thats some shots I managed to bag. Enjoy.

When All the Laughter Has Gone...

Finally I managed to catch up on some sleep and get to look through photos from last weekend. Just wanted to say thank you to all fun people I got to work with and photograph.
If you ever wondered what 80000 campers can leave behind after just 1 day of `festival camping` here is some shots I took on monday morning, before cleaning team had a chance to get it sorted (if you go back to my first post from T in the park, you will see the same giant weel BEFORE the campers ate the grass)...

Don`t get it...

After how many posts is one allowed to start moaning about stuff on his/her blog??
Im sure everyone has a wee list of things we dont get, so heres some highlights from mine:

1. lack of common sense...it doesnt hurt really!
2. drinking before 5pm...its sad.
3. drinking before noon!...its depressing.
4. adding people as `friends` on social networks and then not recognising them when they sit next to you or see you on the streets...pointless.
5. wearing sunglasses inside nightclubs...I know, chicks dig it, but can you actually SEE them??
6. and I dont get Bodger, because he`s a silly dog.

The Past, The Present and The Future

Friday...day of emails, interviews, meetings, plans, phone calls... Today, I met people I haven`t seen in a while, had a great laugh and a lovely glass of iced water. Moments like that always make me feel good, always make me think about passing of time and all of them special moments that we remember. That is why I want you to meet Mandy-a one and only, special person, who means everything for me. I dont wish us a better future-may it only be as good as our past and present together.

Prologue...

Everything has to start somewhere, has to have a beginning... Here starts my blog, where I will try and put photographs from my journey through life and photography, and here will gather some thoughts and memories.

My real adventure with photography started a few years ago, but I can say we were quite close from my early years, even when my beloved Zenith decided to eat a roll of film from 9 days of pilgrimage...Now, I am trying to concentrate on photographing people, because that seems to give me a lot of fun and interesting stories, and is unpredictable enough to always keep me guessing.
